Oh, @Pkoh this is sad to hear he is so shut down at home. If changing his environment to make him feel safer isn’t an option, then for sure it’s time to check in with a veterinary behaviorist to help him get to a mental place where he can begin to trust. This doesn’t sound like a training issue. It sounds like severe anxiety which needs a behavior consult and probable medication. Keep us posted on his progress.
