I’ve conditioned these two to sit and wait for a treat when they see a dog.
After the first treat is dropped, one for each dog. We then start walking and they catch the treats in their mouths as we walk. It’s so much fun. As soon as we have passed the dog the game is over.
It has taken me about 6 mos to get them to this point. They were totally wild and would pull me right down when we started.
These two springers would be amazing in agility.
