I think so! and the best part about them is that they are available everywhere! and have the best price… for free! I do understand not all sticks are the best for playing because of the reasons you mentioned and I have been more selective over time. But with Bela she would pick the first stick as soon as she saw me. Her body wouldn’t allow her to fetch as much as she wanted to, but they were great 12 years throwing sticks and there was nothing that she loved more.
