It sounds like you are doing a great job helping these pet parents understand that they do not have to threaten, coerce or force their puppy into desired behavior. You are right that doing so is very likely to cause other problems. I removed the video link as we want our members to enjoy safe, force-free, dog-friendly and people-friendly viewing.
