I’m going to choose to explain C because I like a challenge haha. It’ll be a good growing experience for me. I actually hear this on a regular basis from a friend whose dog I trained previously.
Whether or not a dog pulls or not isn’t necessarily a question of intelligence. We have to teach dogs what exactly we’re asking in terms they can understand. Humans basically speak a language that is foreign to dogs, so we may have to break it down into baby steps first and illustrate it that way to the dog.
