More great information, thanks, and I see @abbie stepping up with some good interpretation ideas now. I want everyone to know that regardless of the determinations on this particular problem solving session, the process you are undertaking together is a model of excellence. We are doing what pros do: making great observations, asking great questions, seeing what you can rule out, coming up with a theory on the cause and even more importantly, then testing out a solution idea. We are entering into the later stages of this process here as a team.
