    Hi Catherine!

    Thanks for the reply! I really appreciate it. I think a chin rest with a closed mouth is a great idea! I think it’s the perfect alternative behavior. I agree that I should start by showing the client how to do it and really work with the dog on it. In the meantime, I’ll probably suggest some management as well. I’ll let you know how tonight goes!
