My observations are; both dogs appear comfortable to lay down in the presence of each other.
The dog on left offers a play bow, tail appears to be midline with a sweeping wag, ears back. Dog on right is laying down, ears back but seem to shift to neutral at times, tail appears mid line and sweeping wag. Both have wide eyes at times but avoid direct eye contact. Dog on left displays a tongue flick as other dog starts to get up. Dog on right gets up and starts “pawing” at dog while looking/ leaning away. Golden displays a tongue flick while head turned in direction of dog while body is leaning away. The video ends so, curious as to what happened next!
I am not sure what the “extended pawing” by the Golden means but, it appears the dog was trying to communicate some distance increasing behaviors with the tongue flick and lips seemed to be pulled forward a little with a closing mouth.
