Throwing the trainers under the bus was definitely a red flag but, I interpreted this is as how the woman felt about them, not that they were “bad” trainers. She spewed a lot of emotion. I also recognized immediately that the “problem” was her. She did the exact opposite of what I would ask so, why would she have been different with them. I think she spent her entire life as the “teacher” that she was incapable of being the “learner”.
