Popping on here to share a new barrier we’re using at home. In the past, we’d used baby gates covered in blankets to close off rooms when feeding the dogs or just separating everyone if they needed calm. We recently decided to purchase a few “pig boards”/livestock sorting boards and we love them. They’re easy to move around and opaque to block sightlines. They work well for our dogs because they never try to push them over, but could work well as an addition to a classic, secured baby gate for an extra layer.

Great tip! The photo helps a lot. So – no jumpers in your house?

We are very lucky that, for whatever reason, none of the dogs ever try to jump the barriers or knock them over. The cat on the other hand…????
