Sometimes I think we use this more than we realize. I thought about this today on our walk. We have a lot of wild turkey flocks in my neighborhood. Today we were walking and Stompers gaze oriented towards the neighbors yard. I looked to see a flock of turkeys feeding under a bird feeder. We took a moment to watch the turkeys. I was gently petting him for his calm behavior and while doing so thought about this topic!

Let’s dial in even closer…. in this video, Kelsey has timed her petting for a specific behavior the pup is offering while sitting calmer… Anyone catch what it is?
