I am already learning so much and gaining confidence. I took Marshee for an outing today and gave her mom a couple more ideas (as mentioned in this thread) while also talking a bit about the importance of play for improved mood, energy and bonding. I believe it is starting to help the mom and her son too as the mom was in a much lighter mood and said she is also starting to go outside and walk to the end of the block and back and plans to keep that up. I have this forum and everyone in it to thank ❤ – Marj M.
