What a great job you did with puppy noises! They look so content. What are your “go to” noises to expose too? Do you pick stuff from YouTube or a puppy app with noises? Like always- your pups are beautiful!

Thanks, Krista! I used lists I found on Spotify searching “puppy socialization”. It was interesting how many of the random sounds (drill/saw, sprayers, hammers, etc.) were the same!
I also kept some liver treats handy for surprises. For example, there were two workers in two different rooms and they’d go hours without saying anything then suddenly both appear in the adjoining room, talking abruptly. SURPRISE! Liver shower!! (For the dogs, not the workers. hahahahah) ????

That’s so smart Catherine! Mostly for your breed, who can have noise sensitivity. They are both soo lucky to have you!!

Thanks, yes it’s true. We had a few barks the second day, more than the first, which was interesting. No idea why other than, “WHY ARE THEY STILL HERE.”
Thankfully, we’re back to quiet today!

Ha ha! I feel that same way, when a dog walking or pet sitting client of mine is having work done; like painters, handymen, etc…and I swear that exact sentiment flows through my mind…I always feel bad for the dog. Truly amazing about your girls!

Same. I was so relieved not to have them here again today! lol

Thanks. I’m suprised how well they both did! I think the playlists helped prep 2yo Bliss as much as the puppy!
