  ???? Congratulations @Levi Levi Fellows ???? for your detailed and wonderful contribution to the Art and Science of Feeding thread. You made some great points like:

  Avoid trying anything too new while you’re doing the process of elimination. And once the body is on better foods, the toxins and yeast will start to leave the body. Wait it out and you’ll get through it.
