????Dog vision glasses on – This is the last section to watch and see everything! ????After this, we have looked at all the details of both dogs – amazing work, everyone. Next week we are going to move on from observing and get into interpreting the full interaction between Bulldog and Brindle. For now, one more time to lead us home: what do YOU see from Bulldog in these final 20 seconds? ????
Every member that shares their observations will have their name included in our final writeup of this behavior sequence.

    • Observe just the Bulldog.
    • Choose a range of 3 seconds that you are going to focus on.
    • For those 3 seconds, list the details for any body language or behavior you see in Bulldog.
    • Time stamp your list just by writing the “second” you saw it in front of your observations.

To see examples of the previous posts:
Bulldog part 2 is here. Bulldog part 3 is here.

    Our interpretation chat is here.

????We want to know what you see. Comment below!

From 6-9 seconds. Bulldog blinks eyes, licks lips 2 times, puts ears back for less that half a second then puts them in neutral position. Seems to have a relaxed face, hard to tell since it’s a bulldog. Ears become alert and faced forward when the other dog barks. Keeps body in same position from 6 seconds until the other dog barks which he then turned head and slightly moved body at the same time becoming slightly off balanced. The bulldog then opens mouth and starts vocalizing when the other dog body slams him, bulldog then starts to fall onto side.

0-3 seconds bulldog is standing stiffly against chair, looking a camera and then turns to stare and look at Brindle dog. and barks 3-5 seconds ears back turns head to right toward the brindle that jumped around to his right side bulldog does an air bite . multiple tongue flicks, when brindle jumps back, ears back , bulldog staring straight again, 9-15 seconds bulldog is lying on his side against chair with snap/airbites, mouth open, can’t tell if teeth were showing. growling. As brindle jumps back and away, bulldog stands up, looks at camera or owner, then straight ahead if brindle still present but not on camera. and gives 2 barks.

10-13 seconds – Bulldog pushed down – right side of body on floor. Face is up, ears appear to be back, mouth opens and closes in a chomping motion (sparring). Front legs are split apart with part of right leg under neck and left leg caught in other dog’s leg, almost pinned due to the positioning. Head stays to the side of other dog during interaction. He seems to want to get up by second 13.
