  Video playback Issue? – We need your input!

  We’re aware some users are experiencing difficulty with video playback????

  We are working on the problem and we need your help! ????

  If the videos are not playing well for you, please email me at diggingdogs@catchdogtrainers.com with this information:

  1. Are you using App or Web Browser?

  2. What brand and model is your device?

  3. What state do you live in?

  4. Please run an internet speed test (Google “Internet Speed Test and you’ll find an easy, free site for this.) and send a screenshot of your download and upload speeds.

  Our technical team is diligently working to solve this issue. Thank you for your help!
