Would Your Dog Prefer to Meet a Person or Chase Something? – VOTE
VOTE HERE. Our Motivation Tournament continues, with Food Treats waaaayyyyy outscoring sniffing in Round 3. Now let’s think about whether our dogs would run past a (human) friend they haven’t met yet to chase a (squirrel, bunny, bird, etc.) or would they perhaps glance at the critter on their way to greet a person (of any age.) My Vizsla (may she rest in peace) was very critter motivated but would give up a chase to greet a little girl. My Aussie Joy loves a good squirrel chase and I doubt she’d even see a new human if there was a critter on the run. How about your dogs? We need to know! VOTE HERE.
