Thank you so much everyone who attended today’s HT on Frustration Tolerance and Resilience. What a session we had together! I’ll be sharing clips from our recording in the days to come, but wanted to give a special shout out to @wagswithwarren for the videos and being vulnerable sharing Henry’s story, and to EVERYONE who attended and shared ideas!

Really enjoyed the group discussion. As a very new trainer, I did more listening and appreciated hearing everyone’s experiences. I liked the Hangout hack that was shared. It’s similar to an engage/disengage exercise I am using with my two clients, but Bruce shared some useful add ons. Also, loved the patterning discussion and “it’s your choice”. Letting the dog decide what they want takes thinking energy, which equals mental stimulation. Really great ideas. Thanks everyone!
