Have you thought about re homing as this dog may be too stressed with having 2 other dogs in the family? As much as you love this dog, maybe this needed to be in a single dog family rather than with multiple dogs ? There is so much to this as I really don’t have all the facts straight. I am not sure how many family members there are and don’t know the psycho dynamics of the family members and how they felt about the dog after it developed all these behavior issues. Dogs pick up on our body language more than we realize. Wish you the best and hope all works out.
