My first instinct was to pick up my little dog when a large dog was approaching fast.  I held my dog him tight and kept going around in circles to keep my back to the large dog.  The owner came right away, thank goodness, but if the large dog had knocked me down, I possibly could have gotten hurt,&hellip;</p>

He seems to be very scared of the cat.  He backs off but barks and growls, and this is when they are holding the cat.  They have the cat on a lower level of a split level house and the dog on the main level.  They can see each other from the stairs with a gate at the bottom, and he is&hellip;</p>

Reminds me of my dog when he was young.  Having a smaller dog who now is 16, I have always been very careful about what he jumps on, because jumping off is very stressful on their joints.  I have a ramp for the couch with a little rug at the bottom of the hard floor.  Teaching him to do the ramps was fun and easy.  I also use&hellip;</p>

It is clear that he is in the crate too long in the day, understandable that he is a piranha because of his frustration.  An exercise pen or gated off area, as mentioned before, with some room for him would be a better option, not&hellip;</p>
