Forgot to say: Although, as an artist, I know yellow and blue make green. So, if they can see both yellow and blue, why is a combination of the colors difficult?

When I was training Paw Target with a sticky note to my former service dog client’s dog, Willow, I didn’t know this and was attempting to use a red sticky! Oops! I found out about dogs seeing blue and yellow much better, so I changed to a yellow one. She was far more into it and enthusiastic! Makes sense, right?

An 8 year old Husky mix, Harley, LOVES to play fetch. She is always in a tie out, supervised, of course. Here, I brought her a new item to fetch…a Chuck it ball.

Funny, I always default to flat collar and training heel or LLW with treats. 😎. Works for MOST dogs, yeah, even the Pully-pullertons! 😜

I like your idea for an equipment switch, @jenz . The clip on Y style is a better option. I know lots of dogs who don’t like to put their head through a harness, but respond well to the clip style.
